Our Team
At the Jodana Foundation, our team is the heart of everything we do. Every program, event, and activity is possible because of people who care deeply about children and their growth. We all share the same goal, which is to help children play, learn, and grow through sports, no matter how much money their family has. Our team comes from different backgrounds. Some of us have experience in education, some in sports, and others in community work or nonprofit management. Each person brings unique skills and ideas, and together we create programs that make an impact in people’s lives. We believe that teamwork, creativity, and dedication are very important to achieving our mission.
Leadership
The leaders of the Jodana Foundation guide the team and set the vision for our work. They make plans to reach more children, build strong partnerships with schools and community groups, and ensure our programs are fair and inclusive. They also support our staff and volunteers, encouraging everyone to do their best. Their guidance helps us stay focused on our mission and make a positive difference in the lives of children and communities.

Program Coordinators and Coaches
Our coordinators and coaches work directly with children. They teach sports skills, help children build confidence, and encourage them to try new things. Our coaches are mentors who inspire children to believe in themselves and reach their goals.
Coordinators organize events, make sure children have the equipment and resources they need, and create a safe and welcoming space for all participants. They work closely with families and schools to make sure every child has the opportunity to join our programs.
Community Outreach and Volunteers
Volunteers and outreach team members help us reach more families and children. They talk to communities about our programs, organize events, and mentor children. Volunteers are very important because they help us expand our reach and give personal support to children who need it.
Our volunteers come from many different places and backgrounds. Some are parents, some are students, and some are professionals who want to give back. Every volunteer helps make an impact together, and their work allows children to participate in sports and grow in confidence.
Administrative and Support Staff
Our administrative and support staff manage the foundation’s operations, finances, communication, and planning. They make sure everything runs smoothly and that our programs are well organized. Their work is very important, even though it happens mostly behind the scenes.
These team members ensure donations are used carefully, programs are safe and effective, and our supporters are informed about our work. They help keep the foundation honest, transparent, and focused on helping children.
